Mahad Learning Centre, has become a vital educational resource for financially challenged families in the community of Kawempe Division. With some students studying for free, the school has expanded its offerings to include comprehensive education from Kindergarten to Primary Seven along with extracurricular activities like swimming, Music, Dance and drams, debating and environmental awareness
After years of renting, the directors proposed acquiring a permanent location for the center, culminating in Mahad finally securing its own premises for $50,000. This significant achievement represents a major milestone, allowing the center to establish a stable foundation for its programs and services, fostering growth and providing a dedicated environment for the community it serves.

Students actively participated in a training and community center cleanup, where they engaged in picking up plastics and planting trees. This initiative not only fostered environmental awareness among the students but also encouraged a sense of responsibility towards their community. Through hands-on activities, they learned the importance of sustainability and the impact of waste on ecosystems.

In order to help alleviate this burden, we offer much-needed academic and financial support to assist students in the Kawempe division in achieving their academic goals.
